Maria Perogiannani, born in 1969 in Athens, lives in Saint-Gilles and works as an administrative assistant. She worked for 20 years as an English teacher in her native Greece and moved to Brussels to work, a search that was not easy. Loves the cultural diversity, nightlife and international character of Brussels, but she finds it difficult to integrate outside the Greek community and names poverty, crime, bureaucracy as obstacles. Her questions to the future are about cleanliness, safety and social rights for all.
