Slobodanka Petrovic, born in 1941 in Gracanica, lives in Ixelles, has Yugoslav roots and is retired. She came to Brussels 60 years ago on a tourist visa. Worked in the catering industry. She lives on her own and is content in her sunny flat. She does not value traditions, especially if they are religious. She sees Brussels coarsening and deteriorating; politically, too, it is chaos. Her questions to the future are about responsibility, solidarity and cleanliness.
