Born in 1938 in Brussels, Jozefien Gooris lives in Anderlecht in a retirement home. She was a saleswoman at the Atomium during Expo 58 as a 20-year-old and worked for 32 years at La Fleur en Papier Doré where she made spaghetti and onion soup and had customers like the king and René Magritte. She looks back to the dancings of yesteryear with nostalgia. Her only questions about the future are about the café and her attachment to that place for as long as she lives.
