Horia El Ghannouti, born in 1974 in Ait Touzine, lives in Anderlecht, has Moroccan roots and works in a nursery. Migrated to and grew up in Antwerp and came to live in Brussels as a young adult. For her, Brussels is its classic heritage like Zinneke, Manneken Pis and the Atomium, but also its rich cultural diversity and many cuisines. She also appreciates its religious heritage like the Eid celebrations. She does find the dirt on the streets and increasing insecurity disturbing. Her questions about the future are about poverty, crime and climate.
