Koen Bert, born in Flanders in 1978, lives in Anderlecht, has Belgian roots and works as a police officer. Came to Brussels in 2004 to work for the Brussels-South police. Loves the Ixelles Cemetery where his childhood memories lie, the winter period around the Grande Place and the Bois de la Cambre.
