Khadija Dibe, born in 1976 in Brussels, lives in Koekelberg, has Moroccan roots and is a job seeker. Brussels is ‘home’ for her, its cultural heritage, carnival and the Grand Place with the light shows and the Flower Carpet. She does see the sense of neighbourhood and community life diminishing, which she regrets.
