Latifa Assoufi born in Tangier in 1955, has lived in Molenbeek since she was a child, has Moroccan roots and is retired and was always very active, still today volunteering at Parckfarm to make food baskets. For her, Brussels is where her father came to work, at UCB (Union Chimique Belge), the cultural diversity, the heart of Europe, but also increasing poverty and homelessness.
