Ayoub Bounou, born in 2013 in Brussels and 11 at the time of this interview, lives in Koekelberg, has Dutch and Moroccan roots and is a primary school pupil. He comes from a large family and is already uncle to several children. Loves the park nearby where he went with his brother and now with his friends. Brussels is his city’, chips, the Atomium, multilingual and a city with lovely people. He participates in Ramadan and celebrates Eid. He plays football in Molenbeek and dreams of becoming a professional footballer. His questions about the future are about his family and he wonders what identity Brussels will develop.
