Isabelle Mortier, born in Brussels in 1981, lives in Forest, has Belgian and Spanish roots and works as a podiatrist. She loves the Brussels mentality: humour and self-relativism, as well as the multiculturalism and proximity. For her, Brussels is 21 July, the sports clubs, the Bois de la Cambre, the colourful neighbourhoods of Forest and Saint-Gilles. It is also the traffic hub and the pedestrian zone. Her questions for the future are about the survival of Brussels, mobility and future generations.
