Martine Hermans, born in Antwerp in 1971, came to Brussels as a student in the 1980s and returned with her family from the late 1990s, lives in Ixelles and is a jewellery designer.

Loves jogging around the ponds of Ixelles and in the Bois de la Cambre, riding around on and electric bike, going to yoga class and walking in the city. For her, Brussels is above all many places from the church on the Sablon to shopping at the Gulden Vlies Gallery, from the Christmas market to the much-changed boulevards with the Pedestrian Zone among others.
