Hendrik De Smedt, born in 1975, lives in Molenbeek and is Director of the Drama Department of the Erasmushogeschool Brussel, located on the De Bottelarij campus of RITCS. For him, Brussels is above all diversity and urbanity, but also the lack of thoughtful green public spaces. He sees an important role for art and artists in these needs. His questions to the future are about a more accessible and open campus, better collaborations in neighbourhoods and the development of quality public spaces.
