Balazs Zorenyi, born in Pecs in 1981, lives in Auderghem, has Hungarian roots and works as an economist at the European Commission. His wife also works for Europe. Initially he felt like a visitor, but after 15 years in Brussels and three children in the Belgian education system, he feels much more integrated. For him, Brussels is the international and the diversity, the beautiful parks and greenery, the Sonian Forest, Forest National, the Royal Circus, the European Quarter. The focus on cycling is what changed Brussels the most in recent years. His questions about the future are about car-free Brussels, the trend towards the countryside or the city and a real mix of Brussels residents that goes beyond diversity.
